Our Mission
Our mission is to further arts and culture across Staten Island. We believe the arts have the power to highlight unique voices and to unite a diverse group of individuals. We are determined to provide support and resources to creatives that will allow them to share their work and inspire change within our communities.
Our Approach
We organize a variety of artistic programs, events, educational workshops, and resources that foster an appreciation of the arts in our community, as well as directly support our local artists. We seek to serve creatives across all fields and disciplines and to create greater access to art and music for the community.
Our Accomplishments
We have organized many showcases and programs over the years including our "Staten Island Songwriters" showcase series at Snug Harbor and our female music recording initiative, "Sisters in the Studio". Our most recent accomplishment was being appointed as the new director of The Westerleigh Folk Festival, a music and arts festival that has been a Staten Island tradition for over 17 years!
